Patient Information

Scheduling an Appointment

Both Dr. Jones and Dr. Scanlon are currently accepting new patients.  Please call the office for available appointment times.  Please note that we are unable to accommodate walk in appointments.  We do maintain a cancellation list and work very hard to schedule patients in a timely fashion.

Emergency and After Hours Care

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
If you have an urgent dermatologic issue, please call the office and we will work with you to facilitate evaluation.  When the office is closed, an on call provider will be covering the practice for any urgent issues.  Please call the office, and follow the prompts to connect to the covering provider.  If the issue can wait until the next business day, you can send a message through Patient Gateway or leave a voicemail message on our answering machine.  When leaving a voice message, please provide the patient’s name, date of birth, and best contact information.
